UK Orders

We offer free UK shipping on all orders. No hidden fees. No nonsense.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. Each piece is handmade, packed with care, and sent from our studio in Scotland.

Once shipped, you’ll get tracking info so you can obsessively refresh until it arrives.

Delivery times vary depending on the courier and the chaos of the universe - but most UK orders arrive within 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.

International Orders

Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind?

You’ve got 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and packed safely for the journey back.

Return shipping costs are on you - unless we messed up.

Something arrived broken?

We’re sorry, that sucks. Email us at doomedpottery@gmail.com with photos of the damage and we’ll sort it.

We’ll offer a replacement (if possible) or a full refund. No drama.

Custom or one-off pieces

Due to their unique nature, custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless damaged. We’ll always be fair - just reach out.
