1. Handmade Disclaimer

Every piece is handmade, wheel-thrown, and gloriously imperfect. Variations in glaze, texture, and form are intentional and part of the charm. If you're looking for factory perfection, you're in the wrong place.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept major payment methods through our secure checkout. Payment must be completed before your order is processed. No bartering, no IOUs.

3. Shipping

We offer free UK shipping on all orders. Once your order leaves the studio, it’s in the hands of fate (and the courier).

4. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives broken, crushed, or mysteriously vanished, contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to replace or refund the item. Photos of the damage help. So does kindness.

All content on this site - including product designs, images, copy, and branding - is the intellectual property of Doomed Pottery Co. Don’t steal it. Don’t clone it. Don’t be that person.
